To: Boeing Incumbent Engineering Systems Support Subcontract Employees

Anadarko Industries received our final task order hire authorizations on Monday, September 20. We will send out the final set of offer letters on Tuesday, September 21. For those of you who have had to wait, we appreciate your patience.

Incumbent employees who will not receive an employment offer letter will receive notification by no later than September 24^th. We truly appreciate all of the time and effort that each of you has taken during this transition process and we are saddened that the task orders do not cover everyone.

Meeting rooms have been established for September 23^rd and September 24^th to complete employee benefits sign up and other Human Resources documentation. An e-mail will be sent out detailing the time and location of the employee benefits sessions. This e-mail will be sent to only those candidates who have returned a signed employment offer letter. If you have not yet signed acceptance of your offer letter, please do so immediately and send it to pthomas@anadarko-industries.com today to expedite the continuation of the hiring process. It is also important to return the Boeing badge request form ASAP so that the background check can proceed.
